The Cavapoo, also known as a Cavoodle, Cavadoo, or Cavapoodle, is a crossbreed between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Miniature or Toy Poodle. Cavapoos are known for being friendly, playful, and affectionate, and are often considered a good choice for families, including first-time pet owners. Here are some general facts about Cavapoos:
• Size
Cavapoos are small dogs, weighing between 8–25 pounds and standing 9–14 inches tall. Males are usually larger than females, standing 11–14 inches tall and weighing 10–20 pounds, while females are 9–11 inches tall and weigh 9–15 pounds.

• Coat
Cavapoos have medium-length, wavy or curly coats that can be solid or have white markings. Common colors include cream, chocolate, golden, caramel, black and tan, brown, fawn, and chestnut. Because of their Poodle heritage, Cavapoos tend to shed less, which can make them a good choice for people with allergies. However, they still require regular grooming.

• Temperament
Cavapoos are known for being sweet-natured, adaptable, and loyal. They are also known for being intelligent and energetic, and they love to be the center of attention. Cavapoos are great with children and can make good therapy dogs. They also need a lot of mental stimulation, such as trick training or playing with intelligent toys.

• Exercise
Cavapoos are playful and don't usually need a lot of exercise, but they still need daily mental and physical activity to keep them happy. This can include playing or taking walks. Cavapoos also have a high prey drive and may chase small animals and birds, so they may not be ideal watch dogs.

• Life expectancy
Cavapoos typically live 12–15 years.
